They fixed a flat tire for me, and after 2 days, it was flat again; they tried to upsell to buy the tire and the tube. I didn't want to, so I guess I got what I deserved. I would not recommend this business or fix bikes over there.

Great store, communication and service. They took care what I needed for my electric scooter.
I came in with a bike that needed lots of repairs . I had faulty brakes, gears, and a wheel. They were very transparent with pricing and were primarily focused on trying to help me fix my bike. They recommended I go to another shop for a few parts as it would be cheaper for me. I came back and got the remaining parts installed for free. Appreciate their help!
I know it’s New York and all, but came by and got yelled at by some guy Jay (or Ji) - not the owner I think. Keeps kicking me out with “no service!” despite me returning with the problem they fixed it last time with no issues. I guess they don’t care about the neighbors living across😟
