Quick return time amazing customer service honestly and more than fair prices. I got my bike back in one day time and I swore I looked at my bike thinking they gave me a whole brand new one. They really treated my bike with care and it was very much worth taking to BikefixNYC especially if you commute or work in the area, definitely coming back whenever I need something for my bike!

My time at this particular bike shop was legendary! I love the homemade feeling with the overall design and feel if the place! It pays homage to our aesthetics while supporting their own brand I was in and out in a jiffy great community !!

Took my ebike here for a simple inner tube replacement, myself supplying the tube, and got charged $100. $100 for one tube I already provided? Absolutely ridiculous. I'm giving this place 1 star because my experience was really disappointing. I took my wife's bike here, and while they fixed it okay, the way they shipped it back was a disaster. They didn’t wrap it properly or even bother to mark it as fragile. It arrived in a beat-up box, parts sticking out, and the paint job my wife loved? Ruined. Extensive damage.
