Just bought my first bike at GoGo Gone. Got it brand new for an unbeatable price, and the guy that works there ( name is Robin ) had extraordinary customer service, very knowledgeable very informative. Will continue to return for any service and maintenance just to support thier shop.

Wonderful service from Robin, as always! I am a regular customer that come in for the annual tune-ups and also for fixing some ad hoc issues when my bike breaks down or when it has unexpected issues. What a fantastic experience at Go Go Gone near NYC's Chinatown! I brought in my bike with squeaky brakes, and within an hour, the issue was fixed. Robin and Sebastian provided exceptional customer service and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The shop also offers a fantastic selection of accessories and beautiful bikes, making it a one-stop destination for all cycling needs. I'll definitely be returning for any future bike-related needs. Highly recommended! Robin, the mechanic there, is extremely knowledgable, patient, could answer every single question on my bike (and also the other bikes that came in)! He also is very thorough and is fair in not providing a price until he can do a deep assessment of repair. Lots of bikes,mostly new but a couple used, and helmets to choose from.
