Helpful, on time, & friendly! Thank you to Leo & Miguel, glad to have Innovation as my neighborhood bike shop! I went to them for a full tuneup of my 35yr old trek 950 for biking w my very active dog. They took care of all the repairs and it looks beautiful and runs smoooth. They helped fit the bike to me and I purchased some accessories too - the headlight & iPhone holder are great.

Glad to have found this shop and Miguel is the best and super kind as well. Did a superb job on a tune up. Bike came back feeling and looking brand new! Rides even better than the day I bought it. Thank you!

In NYC only for a couple of days, riding my helix folder and half way round the Greenway in Central Park the chain snapped a link. Foolishly I didn’t have quick links or a chain splitter with me. Google is your friend, and less than 15 minutes walk I was in the shop. Really happy with my bike repairs here, I’ve been to other shops in the neighborhood in the past and this one truly takes the cake. I leave my bike outside in the winter so it gets pretty rusty and dingy unfortunately, but they fixed it up no problem for spring and even took the extra effort to get the rust off of my bike’s body without me asking for it. I forgot to write a review immediately after having my bike fork at the fork, but these photos are taken immediately after the service. There are a few things, not big deal, but I think should be pointed out. Other than that, guy was very nice and hospitable . 1. The cut was pretty rushed, not leveled, not sanded down carefully so there is a small gap from the cut down and compression plug. 2. There is a small carbon piece chipped on cutting point. 3.
