Even 1 star is more for this company! The service is insufficient, the bikes are not maintained, you can't even rent it because you don't have the bike you paid for. A complete disgrace
Coming back to Joco after years felt like returning to an old neighborhood and finding it rebuilt from the ground up. When I first used Joco years ago, the experience was rough. Really rough. There were never enough bikes. Never enough batteries. Batteries lasted an hour at best. You couldn’t make money without stress and luck. I left. I tried something else. I went to Whiz. I paid off my bike… and then it disappeared. I won’t say they stole it —but the feeling was exactly a ‘spiritual repo...
For me, the problem I have with this company thank you and you too go for the bike every six hours and then now the battery is good. If you run the bike for one week I think they don’t have to bother you for that.
Their service is getting worse and they are victimizing me. I pay $90 per week for this. They have rude employees, i can't find a bike, I waited 1 hour today to renew the battery because the main concierge on 36th street said there were no bikes and we don't renew the battery and directed me to the other location on 51st street. But when I went there,it was closed too. This company made me suffer in last days i’ll quit
Riding with Joco helps you get your job. But I ve seen how Joco updated their bikes to make it convenient and location hours expansion.
