2 year update 7/13/21: Still a great shop, looks like they really upped the workers for the expanded business. They have their own brand of ebikes now and have a variety in stock from foldable to fat tire to the common delivery type. They even have a few dual battery models for extended range. Very terrible service, I bought a battery bike rack and their rack which I just bought last week already broke off and they wanted to charge me for their mistake. I ended up giving them $20. They say the piece from my bike wasn’t good, but I said why would you install this rack if the material it’s attaching to isn’t good. They wouldn’t answer me on that and just Changed the subject to saying it’s my fault.

Best place to buy an E- bike for work and best customer service. I highly recommend this store to buy and repair your e-bike

The mechanic was cordial and professional. I am new to E bikes and was surprised that he had the exact match to my original part. I had other issues that he was kind enough to look at and even correct for me. I was surprised and impressed to see the young lady also working on some parts. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase more than I came to the store or. He quoted an estimate over the phone and actually charged me less after the repair. 😍. Of course I gave it back as a tip. I've pledged my patronage to a number of bike shops here in Manhattan. But this one has quickly become my new favorite. Not only was my issue - faulty brakes - resolved quickly & to my satisfaction, but they also proved to me during my visit that they have Integrity. They could have easily charged me for work that I didn't need to have done, but they didn't. Being able to trust the business goes a very long way with me.
