I highly recommend Master Bike for bike repairs! Imbert is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at repairs. I needed to replace a hard to find crank arm on my spin bike, and it required special tools. Imbert came to my apartment to do the repair so I wouldn't need to bring the bike into the store. He is so dedicated and customer service oriented. I will always go to him first for anything spin bike or road bike related.

Great shop! Friendly, patient, skilled staff. Came in with leaking tires. They explained the possible reasons, challenges and what needs to be done, and did the job in the time they said they would. The owner, Imbert, is an extremely professional shop operator and is well-known in the local racing scene. He was a top mechanic years ago at Toga Bikes and now has a strong team of mechanics who really know their stuff. This is my go to place to rent a high-end or moderate-end road bike when I visit NYC. The store is close to Central Park so you can fine tune your fitting easily. Well-selected accessories in the store in case you need something for your stay.

Great neighborhood bike shop, extremely helpful and friendly. I've taken my bike here many times for tuneups and repairs, they always do a great job. Their prices are reasonable and often cheaper than other stores and, on a few occasions, they've done a small fix or repair for free for me, even though I insisted on paying them. I will absolutely continue to take my bike here, they are my go-to bike shop and I highly recommend them.
