I brought my Nami Klima Max (2nd gen) in because it wouldn’t turn on. Was troubleshooting it on and off for 8 months with the CEO Michael Sha but couldn’t figure it out. Raphael was friendly and helpful. He determined my BMS was asleep and since it was fully charged passed 80% the charger cannot wake it up. He woke up my BMS and have been riding my eScooter for a 7 months no issues. Thanks guys! Will be coming back.

Great place, I got into an accident the other day and my scooter was loose at the stem part. 2 very hard working e scooter mechanics Don and Reuben fixed my scooter for a great price and in fast & non rushed timely manner (45mins). This a great shop. They service my scooter even though it is not one of the brands they sell. Hours are very convenient as they stay open late allowing me to pick up after work. They are accommodating and friendly. Raphael took care of me twice and is very helpful.
