I would give them zero stars but there's no option for this. They are scammers like car repair shops. You go to fix a flAT then you find out your motors not working. Check your motor before you bring it to them. Buy a tire online and they tell you it won't work on your scooter even though you got it directly from the original scooter company. They want you to buy the one they have at a mark up. Because you dont know about scooter repair they are scamming you. I got taken by them 4 times alrea...

This place is the best! They fixed my iScooter (i7X). My rear tire was flat and my tires are tubeless, and I had no idea how to fix it. The service was extremely professional, fast and affordable. Literally fixed my tire in 10 minutes!!! I highly recommend!

This is my second time visiting NYC Bike & Scooter. The first time was to fix a flat tire in the rear of my Gotrax and the second was for the front. The owner replaced them both with solid tires. All I can say is that he is a fast and efficient worker and I highly recommend them if you need repairs for e-bikes or e-scooters

Straight forward and to the point. This is a no frills, no bs, what you see is what you get place. Do your research before you go, ask 1 or 2 questions, but not 500. They did a good job and when I had a problem with a purchase, they made it right. Appreciate local retail before you have no other options.
