First of all the customer service is incredible!!..I met with RAFIK as my sales rep and the was very helpful and just so nice. That was my first trip. Then weeks later I went to rent a bike and I was greeted by nice guy forgot his name and it was a last minute rental. He had to go but he decided to help me.
