Just got my bike today . Process was easy passport & address + debit card . You get $40 buck voucher if you’re with Uber eats with them so I got the crate which was 20 something $’ers. 12 week program commitment!
Vince was kind and very communicative throughout the entire process. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions with patience, and was extremely informative. He not only explained but also showed me everything I needed to know, which made the experience clear and stress-free. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him!
Update: Even more issues with the bike. I returned it on 10/8, primarily because I couldn’t return it next day. Also, when they say refundable deposit, confirmed it with the worker returning the bike, then when it didn’t show up…Sophia says they I did not make a deposit. Anyway, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Also, I now have a Lectric Bike, and it is SOO much nicer. And I filed a dispute with my bank at Zoomo. Your “response” is a joke. _____ This afternoon I went to buy a rent...
Terrible costumer service, disrepecfful staff no wonder why the offering lower prices. Look around the city no body rides zoomo look for the other alternative companies. They end up charging you $200 for battery damage
