Amazingly good customer service. Scooters are a wonderful commuting option and have successfully gotten me through a 30 minute commute each way, which is the same speed as a vehicle driving the same route. Faster than the bus, streetcar, and the ride is definitely very smooth.

Got my hands on this sleek 🛴 and I have been so happy ever since. It give me so much independence to go explore the places I’ve been wanting within the city. I love visiting parks and trails and trying new places in the city so this one comes in so handy 💕

Absolutely loved these scooters! We used them for our film festival and it was such a great way to get around and so user friendly! Bell, brakes, lights what more do you need! An incredible scooter, totally recommend. Also goes 30km/hr which is great! Amazing customer service, 10/10!

Whip owner were patient with all of my pre-purchase questions and provided top notch customer service! They delivered personally and even help w setup and riding tips. I love my Whip electric scooter- it has allowed me to take a later go train to work, thus allowing me to get sleep! Thanks guys!
