Southwest Bicycle (Portland Bike Co.)

I use my bike as my transportation mode around town into work and back. I had been allowing REI to service the bike for the last three years. They could never fix a squeak in the bike every time I took it in for service it didn’t feel serviced. I took it to southwest bike starting last year and I had them do their first my first tuneup And they found the squeak and got rid of it right away and the bike runs exactly as brand new as if I bought it six years ago today Jef did a great job.

I had an excellent experience at Southwest Bicycle Shop! Scott was incredibly nice and friendly, and he went above and beyond to help me fix my bike tires. His expertise and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of bike repairs or service. Five stars all the way!

I brought my “ Beach Cruiser “ in cause it made a clunkin sound and Scott fixed it really cheap and it rides clean .. I offered a 10$ tip and he wouldn’t take it .. this bike shop really cares about its customers.. and I’m happy I have my bike back .. Good Looking out Guys ✌🏽

This is an awesome local bike shop! Excellent, knowledgeable and efficient staff that can do it all. They had my ebike fixed and back on the road in a day. Tons of quality accessories in the store to choose from. I will be a repeat customer and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Came in short notice and they were able to help get my bike ready for the hills of Seattle. New chain, peddles, full tune-up, fenders, and handlebar tape. Super nice, knowledgeable, and highly efficient shop!
