Allo Vélo - Boutique et Locations de vélos

We had such a great rental experience. We reserved online and rented a Trio Mono for the day. It was very agile and cool looking and fit our family well. The staff focused on us and made sure we had a safe route and some places to visit. On return, we were looking at kids bikes and decided to buy one on the spot after great customer service and willingness to make it work for our schedule. Lamar delivered the packed bike directly to our hotel because we didn’t have an easy way to move it. H...

Excellent customer service, kind and caring staff. My family and I rented bikes from Allo Vélo on the 30th. We rented a mix of regular bikes, e-bikes and a cargo e-bike for my dad who has Parkinson’s and struggles with his balance. We rented cargo e-bikes on a visit to Montreal with our kids. It was so fun! The workers are so kind and helpful. They gave us some great tips on places to go on the bike path (like the F1 track). The bikes themselves were in perfect condition.

Best bike shop I've had the pleasure of stepping into on the island of Montreal! This place was reccomended to me by a passing cyclist when I mentioned long waiting times at other shops for simple maintenance. Within 2 hours they had my bike fully checked, offered sound advice on personal maintenance and installed a kickstand on my nonstandard RadMission bike. Their shopis well equipped and the coffee they serve while you wait for repairs is delicious. I highly reccomend anyone who needs wo...

After unsuccessfully shopping at other stores in the hopes to find a set up that would fit two chihuahuas, I finally got outstanding service here! Not only did they take the time to answer my lengthy questions over google chats in a promptly manner, the in store service was exceptional and I left equipped with a safe and secure set up for my dogs to bike with me. Top quality products and service!!!!! Thank you 💜
