Atelier Olympia

From first conversation to pickup, the Atelier Olympia team listened, discussed the bike with me, and diagnosed together what mattered. They delivered exactly what I needed and even went the extra mile on a couple of last-minute requests. Fair pricing, clear communication, and a result that rides right. Highly recommended. 👍

Bought a used bike and a friend recommended I come here. They tuned it up real nice for me! Expressed an interest in buying something for next summer, the gentleman working showed me around, took his time to explain everything. I fell for this bike and couldn't leave it there. I am SO HAPPY with my purchase. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, great service and affordable!

Very happy with their service and support, I was able to resolve my wheels, brake caliper issues. When other bike shops run out of ideas... They might have an alternative solution to help... Highly recommended. **** Update: I later on bought a Elves Mori gravel frame from them and custom build the bike with road bike groupset, with road wheelset and gravel wheelset... Very very happy with it.

The staff (Isaac in particular) were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to help me make the correct choices without feeling like I was being up-sold. Loved it so much I just dropped off my older Felt road bike for a tune up a...

First of all - they listening to you and they are not trying to sell you stuff you don't need . Second - they are looking on whole bicycle and giving you very fair rate. Third - they are on the...
