Bicycles Quilicot Villeray

Julian was fantastic. We’ve now purchased 4 bikes from Quilicot and Villeray is our favourite location. Julian was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He kept us informed as he promised and was there to greet us when we picked up our bikes. This particular location has a good vibe. We will continue to buy from Quilicot Villeray.

Walked in the test a bike, and was greeted by a lady that works there that gave me all the reasons why I can’t. You can really tell that she has no interest in promoting the brand. If you want great service make your way to Laval or Mascouche, great staff that are passionate about their work.

The customer service staff is very patient and professional, A pleasant shopping experience. They also told me where to buy items that the store didn't have.👍

Nice sales staff but not satisfied with the service of the bike repair technician. Replaces a tube and then let me know I had a few broken spokes. My rear wheel was already a bit crooked and wobbly. But after inflating the tired the hike became un-rideable. When I came in the next day to see what they could do he told me to replace the spokes. But to do that I would have to de-inflate the tire and disassemble the wheel and tube. So I’m just annoyed that I was charged 17$ to fix a tube knowing...
