Bicyclette Tranquille

I've had my bike repaired from here and the bike feels brand new. Derailer snapped, twisted chain and tune up, foot pedal on a separate occasion. The service was friendly, they took the time to tell me what my problem was and the options that i had to fix them. Pricing was fair and didn't charge me a separate service fee when i went back to fix a foot pedal problem. Service is in French and they try there best for the English folk. Would recommend

While riding our bikes along the bicycle path, we made a quick stop to see if my daughter's tire could be repaired, and a polite, professional gentleman( can't remember his name) kindly assisted us, completing the task in no time, leaving us very pleased with the service.

Absolutely no appreciation for customers loyalty. We purchased 2 bikes from them valued at approx 800$ each + all the accessories, upgraded seat, helmets, carrying rack & sack etc…and unfortunately our bikes were stolen from our garage. They would not supply us a copy of our purchase for the police report unless we paid 50$ WOW !!! When insurance pays us to re purchase we will definitely not give them our business. Very disappointed ☹️

Poor quality bicycle and even poorer service. I bought a new bike with hydraulic disk brakes from them in September 2021. I cycle to commute to work, as well as for fun. My bike has been functional for about 3 out of 10 months that I've owned it, and the shop still is unable or unwilling to resolve critical issues. This guy's a real grouch! All we needed was the quick use of a wrench for an emergency, and he made a huge deal of it. The kicker was that the owner of somewhat-nearby Cycle Robert was able to help out no trouble, and gave friendly service. I'd recommend going there instead
