The two Nicks and a Phil are absolute legends. Classic, old school style bike guys who turn themselves inside-out to assist and make sure you get what you need (whether it's fixing a rubbing brake on a kids bike, or assembling the latest full-internal routing electronic shifting super-bike! Went in for a quick adjustment to my toddler's bike (bought elsewhere). The two lovely gentlemen were fast to help and offer advice. I'll go back to purchase from them once my son is older and can have a bike that lasts for longer because they sure seem to know what they are doing.

I was very impressed with the mechanic on duty. I went in for a flat tire in the rear wheel, but he was also able to tell me about other things that he noticed because it’s a very old mountain bike and I was really impressed by the service.
