Bought an electric bike from Campus in early 2025, after a few years of thinking of getting one. I was given some suggestions according to my needs. Used the bike everyday, in winter and in summer. Had the most fun getting around Montreal with it. End of 2025 my bike had major issues with electrical components. They helped me navigate the claim through the manufacturer and even lent me a bike for two weeks while mine was getting fixed. Exceptional service. Might be more slightly more expensiv...
Excellent Service, I went for a bike fit service (Positionnement sur vélo) and Eric did an EXCELLENT job. He was very patient and took a look at absolutely all details to ensure my bike fits perfectly. I have done this for other bikes at other larger stores with various stores around Montreal and its surroindings and this is BY FAR the best. I am definitely switching to do all my bike services here as service is fantastic.
Nice big shop, you can buy bikes & accessories, lots of helpful & nice staff, huge atelier in the back to fix bikes up with many people on staff so if you get a flat and need it fixed up on the spot they usually can do it. Pricing (for atelier labor & parts was reasonable!). Hard to reach them by phone though, often goes to voicemail. They also have a pump & tool repair in front of the shop that they maintain and clean regularly! So unlike the city’s pumps.. this should work! Came here to ...
I had them change a flat tire on my bike's rear wheel yesterday. Today, I saw that the wheel wasn't secured properly to the brackets. It moved and got stuck in the brakes after I laid the bike down. If this had happened when I was hitting a pothole, I might have had an accident. This has never happened to me when I change my tire myself. I would still buy bike bags or clothes here, but I won't trust them for repairs anymore.
We’ve been coming to this store for everything bicycle related. The manager of the store really knows what he’s doing and he is great with his hospitable services. We got a bicycle in early 2018 for le mari with his recommendation and it is serving us well for the 5th summer in a row. We have also sent our bicycles ovee the years not purchased from their store and they take care of it superbly well. Recently, we just had our e-bicycle (not purchased from them) for a general maintenance and ...
