I bought a decent city bicycle from Ekkip Boutique back in 2019/2020 and have had a only good experiences in all my dealings with them. I have honestly never had a worse experience at a bike shop. From the moment I walked in, the person at the front desk was so stressed out and lost that it made the whole visit super awful. I was extremely lucky to win a raffle for a new bike and when I picked it up, they gave me a whole tour of the bike, including how to use the brakes and gears (as if I had never ridden a bike before).
