Ok to start off, this place has the best customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone there so so nice and they will answer all of your questions no matter how stupid or complex they are. I bought a specialized stumpjumper 15 alloy from them and as a regular customer they help me dial in my bike whenever they aren't busy. The only reason why I was considering giving a lower rating is the in my mind a bit limited bike and accessory selection. But that minor point is not that relevant considering the very good service you receive. Repairs done when promised (as per my colleagues) and helpful on the spot. More importantly for a junky like me: I got a free coffee while waiting for then derailer to be fixed. ☕️
