Excellent excellent customer service. I went in with questions about a baby bike seat to be installed on my bike. Yojan and Vicky were super nice and helpful!!! They recommended me to get the item I needed and I could get it installed by them! The prices are really interesting. They have great options and also the ability to rent certain bikes! A must go to if you’re looking for specific bikes. They have a great repair Center in the basement!!!

I am new to the world of cycling so my knowledge was (and still is) pretty basic. I had done hours of research before going to Dumoulin but I still was on the fence between 2 bikes. Simply amazing. My gear switch cable snapped and I was able to get an appointment on the very next day. They let you know in advance what it costs and were even able to fix my bike within just 1 day. Thank you and I will definitely come again!

I went there for parts and to ask questions about bikes. The staff is friendly (even when being made to speak English) and knowledgeable and the selection is excellent. I will happily be returning in the near future to purchase some Arkel panniers for my bike. Unfortunately I have to balance out my rating because they don't hire techs with that much experience.
