Really great experience at Martin Rooseboom, first approach was not ideal and yes maybe the client attention is not "Apple store like", but ones I explained clear what I wanted and discussed about the budged, the conversation was very friendly all the time and they always got suggestions to improve my bike performance. I’ve brought multiple bikes here for fix-ups ranging from a flat tire to a gut job on an old bike, and I’ve never walked away disappointed. The staff are always polite and explain exactly what they think would be best for me and my bike! They also charge reasonable prices for great service and the turnaround on a bike repair is very speedy. I would highly recommend them for any bike needs !

I get 2 or 3 flats a year, which I usually repair myself. In the last 3 years I had them do a flat repair twice as I was late for work. First time I got another flat 2 weeks later. Last time it took 2 days. Owner looked at me like I personally insulted him when I went back to ask if the job had a warranty attached. They also always try to upsell, any time you want to get stuff done they want to change 10 other parts. Wont go back.

Very bad experience with this shop. I came in with a flat tire. They gave me an estimate of 40$. Justifying that it's an electric bike and that it takes longer to remove the wheel because they need to remove an extra screw (pictured here). So a 15 sec extra work to do! When I asked why it cost that much their justifications were just plain non-senses explanations. The guys were incredibly nice and helpful! i came in to ask the price of a front wheel bolt to replace the one stolen from my bike, and they gave me one for free. Thank you!
