Moose Bicycle de Montréal

I went to change my breaks and the technician left the caliper not tightened well. While riding there was always a squeezing noise and when I went to another bike repair he said that the screws were not well tighntened and it is very dangerous, it could have injured me. I wanted to like that new shop but NO they are careless. that technician needs to be sued. I will be complaining to the consumer protection as they did a job that could injure me

I had an issue to resolve and Etienne Dupont did a fantastic job of providing support and thorough follow up ensuring my issue was resolved efficiently. I thank him and his colleagues.
