Great customer service, they went above and beyond. They fixed and serviced my wife's Trek FX, and ensured I purchased the correct bike for myself. They installed rear racks on both our bikes, and sold us a great infants bike seat that's easily swappable between the two bikes. Will definitely be a primary spot for me in Montreal!

They spent 15min on my bike to make adjustments and did not charge me. Thanks for your generosity!
