I stopped by the Trek Griffintown store today to get a Garmin mount installed on my bike, and I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to the store manager, Nathaniel Hill. Not only did he take care of the installation perfectly, but he also went the extra mile, he moved my backlight from the seat post to under the saddle using a sleek little metal bracket he gave me as a gift. I walked in today and was greeted by Enzo and Lou, ended up buying this amazing Trek Roscoe 8. I spotted a few thing that need to be fixed and they offered me to keep the bike for a whole check before I take it home. Update: Pos-sale service wasn’t the best experience tho. The location is great since it is relatively near the bike paths of the old Port and Lachine Canal. Even though this particular store does not stock all of Trek's offerings, it is still fully capable to support the model I purchased recently. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism of the staff with the purchasing and maintenance processes.
