What a great experience to purchase a bike. Super friendly staff, good prices I wasn’t expecting such a smooth process they installed all the accessories in less than one hour and we were ready to go. 🚀 I remember when I purchased a Trek bike in Primeau Velo I had to wait 3 weeks for the bike to have the accessories installed 🤡. Definitely if you love trek bikes, avoid resellers and better call trek 🫰🏻

The service and hospitality I received from the store was exemplary. I felt like I was buying an assurance that there will always be someone to help me with my bike whenever I need, wherever I am in North America. Enzo and Jerold took their time to answer ALL of my questions and asked their own to help me find my perfect bike. They allowed me to test ride it twice before I purchased it. This place is over priced for bad service. Last year I went to Trek with my used Trek bike because I felt something break and there was a loud noise.
