We were on a biking trip around Quebec City when the controller on my electric e-bike would not power up. Drove to the Beauport store as they were closest Trek dealer. Walked in and explained issue, was told to come back in 2 weeks. Place was empty with a number of mechanics available. I again asked politely to have a look at , as the purpose of our visit was biking and didn't want to cut trip short. Was told to bring it in, a guy started to ride and came back and said bring it back in 2 week...

We were on vacation cycling around Ile d'orleans when my bike broke down. A rear hub/ bearing failed. This location seemed to be the closest bike repair shop to us. We got the bike there. Simon and staff fixed it in 10 minutes for $29 including new part. He asked specifically whether we were on vacation and when we said yes - they took the bike in right away. I couldn't have wished for better, kinder, and more professional service. I highly recommend them and am thankful to them for saving th...

Traveled to Quebec for the UCI MTB World Championships and had some last minute repairs needed and parts ordered in. Excellent service, very friendly and efficient, going out of there way to help us the best they could in the lead up to the race. 😁
