We are so very grateful to the staff at Riken Velo for their service after one of our bikes and our bike rack were damaged right at the start of our biking holiday in Quebec. They were outstanding in the service they provided, working expertly to repair the bike rack, and fixing the bike while we waited. Instead of losing several days of biking, as we had feared, we were biking by the afternoon. Thank you, Riken Velo, we highly recommend you!
I popped into Riken just yesterday to have my bike looked at. The shifter for my rear gears was stuck in the hardest gear. They took a look at my bike right away. The tech in the repair shop knew exactly what was wrong and replaced my snapped cable and the old tube that the cable runs in. He did it super fast and adjusted both my shifters. Lubed up the new cable. I took my bike for a road test and I have to say it's never work so well. Thank you staff at Riken especially the tech in the repai...
Brought my bike in because of some loose spokes. Repaired same day and said if we have any further problems to come back and see him. Great service.
