Cycle Center

Been here a couple of times for my son's ebike. The customer service was here is amazing from everyone. Super friendly and helpful from helping get the bike out of the car to making sure everything is explained to my understanding and having patience while making decisions. They've never been pushy at sales and looked over the whole bike when I voiced concern for its safety. There are closer bike shops to me but we'll always come back.

I've been a Cycle Center customer for 12 or so years...Always satisfied with the level of technical knowledge and customer service. My recent experience, swapping a new frame was no different, the shop service and communication from Carsten Tim, Sean, and Sean was top notch. Awesome shop. Unquestionably one of the best I've ever been in. Selection was awesome and the staff was beyond stellar. I go in here pretty often to get parts when I don't want to buy parts from Amazon. Cycle center, at least this one, sells Specialized brand bicycles - from casual city bikes to kids bikes, all the way up to professional mountain bikes and road bikes. The employees there are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I was here recently to help me fit a bike seat for my road bike. Outstanding customer service from Derek! He was incredibly patient and helpful when I brought in a bike seat that seemed beyond repair. Somehow, he worked his magic—gathering extra screws and bolts—and fixed it. When I asked what I owed, he simply said, “Just a thank you.” That level of dedication and generosity is rare.
