Once I made the purchase and picked up my bike, they were very helpful covering what I needed to know. I like that free basic maintenance is included with the purchase and they know how to service my particular bike. Looking forward to a long term relationship with this store.

Excellent selection, bought a TREK Marlin and my son loves the bike. And, the fact that you get lifetime service on your purchases, WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE. Needed the Marlin serviced for our son to use at N C State. Took in on Wednesday morning and it was ready by the end of the day. Bike was in great condition, now it's better that Excellent.
