The best service and the BEST beach cruisers on the island! When we arrived at our beachouse to begin our week long vacation, the bikes were already there waiting for us! All 12 of them! Equipped with the baskets and locks we needed. Never had any issues riding the beach or the many bikes paths in Seapines and to Coligny outside the gate, which we did daily. Great experience. We rented 2 ebikes for an afternoon. They said they deliver but we drove to the location and left our car there. The ebikes were easy to use ( we have ebikes so we're used to them) and in good condition. It is easy to get to the bike path from the shop and tour the island. Stopped for some ice cream and saw 3 alligators by the side of the path. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Told our concierge at the hotel how great the experience was. Highly recommend them!

Extremely pleased with the service, quality, and timing of this bike service. We had never done e bikes before and we absolutely loved them. They were delivered (no additional fee) within 25 min of our phone call. We were shown how to use the bikes (super easy and straight forward) and given bike locks to use with each bike. These guys are awesome! From providing information early in planning (that nobody else on the island seemed to be able to answer), to deals when booking, to providing flexibility for delivery and pick-up, and prompt response when we had an issue, the service was friendly and helpful.
