Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Great shop to take your bike to for those above average difficulty projects that you cant diy. Will is the nicest most honest bike mechanic you will ever deal with! Highly recommend. They do try to go above and beyond when possible.

Great neighborhood bike store and an awesome team - they tuned up my rad e-bikes, went above and beyond to accommodate an extra work item without charging me, helped me load up them on the bike ramp.

My bike needed an emergency repair and I had a big bike ride coming up in 3 days. They had a very busy schedule but they managed to fit me in and get my bike fixed up on time so I could do my big bike ride. And they did it with a smile and a great attitude.
