Only stopped in for some brake and derailer cables. The guy who worked there was super nice and knowledgeable with all the questions I asked. Cool shop. I bought a Kona Process from them about 14 years ago and that was a good experience as well. Over all good shop

Mark was excellent and provided great customer service when assisting me with an ebike tire repair. I had a unique circumstance that made it difficult for me to get my bike to the shop. Mark personalized the issue and worked with me to determine a solution. Him and Jay (sorry, not sure of spelling) kept in contact with me on the day of the repair and let me know when my bike would be ready and made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. I definitely recommend!!
