Bought my BMC Roadmachine bike here and had an awesome experience. Nick was super helpful, answered all my questions, and made everything easy to understand as a newbie to cycling. I really love this bike shop. As a female cyclist I feel like bike shops can be a little intimidating and not welcoming but this was not that place. This review is long overdue, Ryan and his team worked on several of my bikes last year and I'm very happy to say that after a year, the work and service have held up very well.
