Trek Bicycle Redmond

The staff at this Trek store are knowledgeable, friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions and tried to help me find the bike for my needs. But they didn’t had the right model or size for me. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a solid selection of accessories, too. There was a bit of a wait for service during my visit, and a couple other items I wanted were out of stock. Overall, I’d recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality bikes and expert advice.

These guys are experts. I brought a bike here for brakes tune up. It was my kid’s gift bike that I bought online (not through Trek). I assembled it on my own and there were obvious issues with riding it before I brought it in. I tried to get it adjusted quickly because kids want to use their presents, but their servicing was booked for 2 days. They said I could bring it in that day anyway. Good selection, and easy to look up thier inventory on Trek.com. Clerk got me on a test ride within minutes. He was very knowledgeable but really pushing the sale. He was pushing me to a bike far too big for me (I'm 5'10" so should be on a Med or maybe Lg... they had an XL), so I ultimately bought a bike online instead.

I stopped by this shop without an appointment. Alex came right out to my truck and fixed my bike while still on the rack. Alex was extremely helpful and friendly. The level of customer service genuinely impressed me. They definitely earned a customer for all my future bike needs. Highly recommend!

Came this afternoon for help getting my brakes adjusted. No wait. The mechanic was super friendly! He not only adjusted them in the most cost effective way, but also let me know what he was adjusting and future replacement costs and considerations for more solid braking.
