I've been to bunch of bike shops and several e'bike shops around the Portland area. All of them seemed faily stuck up and like they didn't really want my business. I went to Johnny's shop and they were more than happy to talk to me and help me out, it was extremely refreshing. They also have one of the bigger e-bike stoes online, because of that, they have almost anything you'd need in stock (if you go to another e-bike shop, you'd probably have to wait for them to order your part from a p...
My wife and I bought the 1000 watt kit and absolutely love it. We would highly recommend buying your Ebike or Ebike kit thru Johnny Nerd Out. John is super knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Also if you can afford it the front and rear light combo with the turn signals and horn is a nice upgrade. With his videos and a single phone consult, I was able to convert bike over like a pro (I think). The biggest problem I had was getting my chain line straight. Once that was right, I did take to a local bike shop to get it to shift to one gear it wouldn’t shift into. Took them all of 2 minutes to get it shifting correctly. I was forced to ta...
I can confirm that this is a reputable seller with a great customer support. You won't be disappointed. Just be aware of the potential difficulties of shipping over the US/Canada border at this time
