I’ve been here a few times over the years. The other day, I had a flat. I couldn’t get the tire off the rim. So in called and asked if they could do it “today” because I commute. It was 5:00 and they closed at 6. They told me to get in there ASAP. I zoomed in, got there by 5:15, and they fixed it right then! They took their time, inspected the tire, and even took a tool and dug tiny rocks out of the tread. Labor was $20 and I was back on the road. Thank you Vancouver Cyclery!

Vancouver Cyclery did a new bike build on my new Felt VR Pro road bike. Will was the mechanic and did a great job and took 10 minutes when I picked the bike up to explain the electronic shifting and some other items about the bike. They have worked on other bikes for me in the past and have always been excellent to work with and have fair pricing.

I shipped my bike from Atlanta for the 2025 Seattle to Portland ride and this shop did an outstanding job. They reassembled my bike and performed a tune-up that had it running perfectly for the entire ride. When I was repacking to ship back home, I couldn't get the pedals off with my tool, so I returned to the shop. The staff immediately helped me out and had the pedals removed in no time. They had exactly what my boyfriend & I needed, which were detachable fenders. The associate working tonight was super knowledgeable & real cool & helpful, never knew about this bike shop before but will be coming back more often. Can't wait to be an all-weather rider, thanks guys.

Hello, there is convenient parking, friendly staff, a wide range. They also have a bicycle repair service. The store itself is quite large. The goods are generally conveniently located. I did not really like the fact that it is not cozy inside. There was also a rather strong smell of rubber. In general, it is good that they are here.
