Love the customer service! Both managers were superb, my back tire kept going flat on me for about a week, But once I took my E-bike in and waited for 1 full week to have it repaired, not only did they fixed my tire but they also added new reflection lights to my E-Bike that were broken before without ask, love love loved the service, worth the price and wait time! Please consider going here! Much love and support for them! ❤️
Paid $70 for a “tune up” and the bike looks the exact same.
I recently brought my Madsen Cargo bike here for a tune up. They also helped me unload the beast of a bike out of my truck. They did a great job, they were friendly and they had it done quickly. I will absolutely come here again and recommend to all!

Awesome service. Knowledgeable and courteous. Beautiful job of installing a rear carrier on my bike. I’m pretty handy but thought there was a good chance I would make the install look awful. I love what he did.
