Had an excellent experience with SDR Motorsports. Jumped on their Black Friday Sale just days after purchasing my 2025 RZR Pro R. Worked with Austin from start to finish and he was amazing. Put down a deposit to start the build on a new cage, ended up adding a bumper along the way and couldn’t be happier. Timeline was exactly as quoted, I received updates and photos along the way. Ended up getting the wrong parts before a trip planned. Which happens. Was able to meet them at there shop and get the parts exchanged with very minimal down time they understood my situation and were able to get me squared away quickly. Excellent customer svc and quality ! Thanks again!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Products that don't fit right sending the wrong part admitting fault and then making me pay to have the wrong part they sent back to them. Won't ever call you back ,and what customer service? The whole thing is a joke. 2025 PRO XP4, Extremely poor follow up and communication. Wrong down tubes sent, as well as overlay plates, waited over a month for trunk lid, as well as multiple weeks for replacement down tubes. Stage 4 speakers do not fit do to piss poor cross tube design. Although stage 4 speakers fit fine with PRO R. STILL waiting on follow up for speaker fitment.
