My Trek Fuel EX 8 crank arm fell off as I was riding Hawes Trail. I called The Shad Co. and Kirby answered the phone. Quoted me a good price over the phone and he said he could get me in and out in 10 minutes. . The shop was clean. Kirby was super friendly and professional good customer service. I also purchased new teal-colored pedals and the total for putting my crank arm and new pedals on was 72 dollars

Excellent service! I used them for a half day MTB rental as I was visiting Tempe. They gave me great guidance for riding Hawes trails and bike selection/quality was great. I am definitely coming back. Hawes is amazing and very close by, though car is needed for a short drive. Thanks!

I have delt with this shop since they opened! Bought a few bikes from them as well, and I have delt with a lot of bike shops through the years, both US and overseas. First off, there is no owner named Moe there, as mentioned by (Dean Johnson). There is Trent and Kirby! Second off, I have never had an issue and the work quality is outstanding! If you want a stellar custom build, shock or fork rebuild, or just a general repair go see them.....
