Stopped in to Bicycles of Phoenix recently for some replacement parts. They had what I needed and the prices were reasonable. After trying to complete some maintenance myself and running into challenges, I took the parts into the shop and they fixed me up in just minutes on the spot. I can’t say enough good things about this bike shop. The owner was incredible--I had another shop tell me I needed over $1000 worth of "upgrade" work done on my Pivot Shadowcat --I had BOP look at it and I walked out with a brand new chain and my bike clean as a whistle. We have been going to this shop for years but after this experience I had to leave a review. My 84 year old grandma used to love riding bikes. Now that her knees have been replaced she wanted to try an adult tricycle. Ryan was so knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect bike for her.
