Global Bikes & E-Bikes - Ahwatukee

I bought a bike online for Christmas for my daughter and the brakes were being weird. I took it into global bikes and Nick fixed the problem and went above and beyond with aligning the steering and fixing the brake lines that were around the handle bars incorrectly. I am so appreciative of the quick help and going the extra mile to help ensure my child’s safety. Thank you and will def recommend to friends!

Jacob was so friendly and helpful today at the store. It was our son’s 13th birthday and he was able to test out some bikes and special order one. We thought it would take weeks then Jacob ran out to the parking area to tell us they could get the exact bike our son wanted in just a couple days. We really appreciated Jacob’s knowledge and how nice he was. We also love the tune ups for life program. Thank you so much!!

Chris is great. Purchased a new bike. Had to come back to get dropper post re-adjusted and he was very helpful and got me right in.

I have been going to this shop since I was about 12 years old. Never had one complaint they have always taken care of me and anyone I refer. I live in flagstaff now and could not find a good shop. I came home for the holidays and they were able to do all the service I need for under $100. Plus my 2015 Bike I bought from them was still covered under the life time warranty. Best Shop ever in my opinion!!! Thank you Global Bikes !!!
