I had an overhaul recently , shortly after had a few spokes break and grinding that worsened with pedaling. I was in the front waiting for an employee and heard some commotion in the back. I interrupted two males (one being David) touching each other. It was really uncomfortable and both reacted as if I interrupted. David assisted me but would ignore my concern with the grinding issue when peddling. He insisted it was the rear derailleurs. I once again mentioned it has to be the bearings or...

Employee named David is falsifying details about a wheelset on a bike. Won't listen to reason or attempt to gather additional information as to make a reasonable assessment of an item that Sun Cycles or David is attempting to sell.

The best bike shop experience I've had. Customer service is second to none. Shop can tackle any maintenance/repair quickly and affordably. Huge selection of bikes, recumbent and traditional trikes for all ages and skill sets. They even had used bikes when I was there.

I took my emtb in as they were recommended by the manufacturer of my bike. I called and they said they had a Bosch certified tech and he would be able to figure out the issue and get it warrantied. I dropped it off in a Saturday and they said they would look at it on Tuesday. I asked them to have the tech call me so I could give him details on the issue and they said they would. I hadn’t heard anything from them so I called in Thursday and they still hadn’t looked at it. I called back Friday ...

Absolutely 💯. I love this place. The guys here have taken care of me for years. They always do more for me than what I pay for and take the take my trike to the truck and load up for me. I will forever grateful for SUN CYCLERY
