Even if a newer staff member isn’t sure about something, there’s always a more experienced team member nearby who knows exactly what to do. This place is the absolute best! They have absolutely everything you need for a bike. They are fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. This shop will definitely be my go to place for my bike needs. Do not go here if you have an older or vintage bike. The guy was not helpful and clearly was judging me for having an older road bike. My bike is very nice and in excellent shape, but I didn’t have carbon fiber specialized so I didn’t fit in. How is it you can be in business since 1912 and not have any idea where I could get some used parts.. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.
