I'll start by saying I have been a loyal customer for regular service on my Yamaha SuperTenere for over five years. Today I picked up my bike from the service department for an oil/rear diff fluid change and was charged 1.5 hours labor, which I found a bit extreme. This is an hour job, tops in previous visits.
