Good people, fair prices, and they actually care about getting your bike dialed in instead of just taking your money. If you were smart then you will not visit this place, unless you like getting ripped off by unaccountable people. I came into North Valley Bikes solely based on location. I was immediately greeted by two guys, both who gave me good vibes and I really liked the bike shop. I was told the bike I had brought in to fix up needed a lot of work. This did not surprise me as it sat in my sister’s garage for 10+ years. I call a bicycle shop asking about a bottom bracket tool, give you a part number, and your response is, "Yeah I really don't know anything about that." Then hang up the phone on me. Kick rocks bud. I hope your shop goes out of business. Poor customer service.
