I was not impressed with this place. We took our son’s bike in for a tuneup on a Saturday. They told me it would be $90 for a basic tuneup & they text me in 24-48 hrs when it was done. 5 days later, I finally got a text that it was ready. When I went to pick it up, the price was $130. When I asked about the price difference they told me it was because the bike needed new tubes. When I asked if they would normally notify the owner of needed parts/additional costs, the young man replied, “I jus...

just wanted to give a quick shoutout to North Valley Bicycle. I’ve been going there lately and they’ve been super solid. Good people, fair prices, and they actually care about getting your bike dialed in instead of just taking your money. If you need tune-ups, parts, or anything bike related, swing by and check them out. Support local.

I drive off and less than 2 minutes later the bike falls apart again like it did before, because whoever finished working ...

I was told the bike I had brought in to fix up needed a lot of work. This did not surprise me as it sat in my sister’s garage for 10+ years. I told Ryan, that I was looking to do a couple triathlons this year and then eventually the Iron Man 2023. He recommended a really solid and reputable bike, helped me pick out some shoes, recommende...

I call a bicycle shop asking about a bottom bracket tool, give you a part number, and your response is, "Yeah I really don't know anything about that." Then hang up the phone on me. Kick rocks bud. I hope your shop goes out of business. Poor customer service.
