Jay and the service folks are great! While I'm generally an HD Dealer customer for my service I decided to try something different since the dealer was getting too greedy. These folks are Awesome! In AZ for Arizona Bike Week and RamJet made my trip. They went above and beyond to get me on the road again. If I lived in the Phoenix area, RamJet would be the only motorcycle shop I'd use.

My bike has currently been setting at Ramjet for 2 weeks with a firm timeliness for completing the repair to cylinder base gaskets not provided to date nor has a firm estimate. I am here for a limited amount of time and would like to be able to ride here before I have to pack up to go home . I was looking forward to this relationship since I come back each winter. Special ordered a set of cables - paid for expidited shipping as I needed the cables. Low and behold the cables were wrong, after sending pictures, everybody agreed they needed to be remade. Well we are gong into week 3 and no cables thankful I paid for expidited shipping. I can’t even get the right cables. Customer service sucks.

Outstanding communication and cooperation. To make a long story short, I ordered a part to be delivered to an address in California. That could’t happen due to no fault of Ramjet. I live in Thailand they advised that they could forward the part to Thailand (no problem) They communicated with me through The entire process and I received my parts in 8 days!!! Thank you guys, I’ll be back for more!!
