We worked with Alexx and he was amazing and super helpful in getting new bikes, servicing the bikes and getting us totally setup for our new adventures.

Amazing customer service! I interacted with various people in the bike shop and every one was friendly and knowledgeable. They did a perfect job on my tuneup and fixed my derailleur when I bent it. Highly recommend.

After having disappointing service with local bike shops in the area, REI is my go to for everything. The people at the bike shop are friendly and great, and the lead mechanic Tom is the real deal and can build a great wheel. Glad to have them right down the road.

I dealt with Craig at the REI bike shop and I had an awesome experience. Craig has a ton of experience with almost every kind of bike, road bikes, Mountian bikes, etc. He was super helpful and gave me a lot of advice. I’m relatively new to road bikes and he walked me through everything. If you want to have a cycle experience that’s more like dealing with your cool uncle, go see Craig at REI!!
