The team at Sunset Cyclery were phenomenal! I went there with the hopes they could help me put together the undercarriage of a replacement bike seat, (that I hadn’t bought from them, although I have purchased from them before) I’d spent HOURS trying to put the dang thing together. I purchased a new saddle for my mountain bike and in the process dropped a nut required to secure the saddle. I looked in frustration but could not find it. Sunset Cycle was the closest bike shop. They didn’t have the exact part, but they were able to get my saddle on my bike securely so I get out on a badly needed ride. Thank you! I’ll be back!!

I have deleted my old review as of 4/19/25 because they have resolved my issue. I had previously and in to fix my bike and I thought it would be a great shop and and they charged me a lot and did not really did the issue and that technician was super rude to me but not the actual owner of the shop noticed this technician being rude to me and my problem and was quick to help! Bought a used bike online. Took it here first and they brought it back to life. Guys were friendly and helpful. Weren’t pushy at all.

These guys are great! I brought my boys bike in with break issues and it was fixed in minutes! They didn't mind fitting us in for the quick fix. I will be back again in the future.
